"Very demanding, very fast paced environment, if you are not a quick learner, this is not your place, Good pay, but not the best as it should be.Good Christmas bonus.( $)"

"Just pretend that you are willing to give up your family, your live and your health for the company, and they will hire you ...off-course you will need also the qualifications required, and be able to deal with extremely stressful situations with a smile on the face."

What don't you like about working at Interactive Brokers?

"Lack of planning, very confrontational, mid management, was (at the time) too affraid of loosing their jobs, so there is not a plan for developing people from the inside, the upper management is too busy making money to look down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"if you help and develop your employee they will be more productive and a synergy effect will make the company not only more profitable but better place to work."
