"depends on the division. my first division was great, very open working environment, brought out the best in me."

What don't you like about working at Intel?

"my last division was too political - too many senior managers just protecting their jobs and not able to appreciate new ideas, even from hardworking younger folks..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Many (not all) middle level managers at Intel do nothing but play politics - they provide no new ideas, dont do any real work. The company would be better off without them."
