"If job security is your top priority and dont much bother about salary, go ahead. Otherwise it will get difficult as time passes by."

"Delayed promotions, HR overruling delivery leadership, less than market compensation, more shareholder oriented than caring about the employees"

"Bridge the distance between management and employees. Relook at policies adversely affecting the employees. Pay employees better. Empower the deliver leadership again; they are getting overpowered by HR and Finance."
