"Know what you are talking about and if you don't know what you are talking about do not act like you know. Be honest and realize where your ends are."

"Turn over rate of people that I worked with was pretty high. By the time I was done working there after 3 years most of the people I worked with were gone."

"Do not higher someone who is just going to higher friends in to the business."

"I liked the options in hours, and variance in work flow."

What don't you like about working at Indiana State University?

"I did not like the monthly usage statistics updates and reporting. But that is more of a technical restraint than the job itself. Statistics had to be gathered one by one and multitasking was needed for 2 weeks straight to get it done every month."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get new software that lets you pull usage statistics from multiple places."
