"Great company with tons of growth. They have a great mission that they strive to live by daily. They promote from within and are always focusing on developing their people."

"I worked remote with Independence University, an online University for a couple of years as an Admissions Consultant. Within those years I learned a lot, the company as a whole wasn’t bad, the compensation is good but the management team could definitely use some work. The school is on probation, which lead to them having to eliminate most of their programs, in addition to all of their ground campuses and sister sites being closed down and a whole bunch of layoffs. The job can be stressful wondering if you’ll have a job the next day. I would say as a whole they are a decent company but with the status of the school in limbo, I would not recommend employment with this company."

"Great pay for not so difficult work, but no room for growth or promotions. Benefits are okay but not excellent, below average PTO and no maternity/paternity leave."

"The company is all around good, the people and culture are very positive and everyone is helpful. The workload isn’t too bad, at times you can feel a little under pressure from all the students you have to keep track of, but with the resources and help you get it doesn’t get too bad."
