"We had to make 90 calls per day, so it was more about the number of calls rather than the value of the call. Were not really able to sell the customer because you were more worried about the call volume."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure the calls the reps are making have more value than just checking in with the customer to meet the call volume."
