"I worked with Independence Bank for 1 year. During that time I was treated well by management and the pay was competitive. I would recommend Independence Bank to any job seeker. Ultimately I left due to an overstaffed department and an unsatisfying work environment. The work I was doing came in small bursts that left me with 5+ hours of free time per day.
