"Upper Management cultivates a culture that discourages innovation, initiative and change. Although they dub themselves a technology company, their processes, procedures, management is very much old school and counterproductive."

"Conduct an audit from a 3rd party entity, consider vast overhaul of management structure."

"Look elsewhere!!! They sent Walmart duplicate credit cards in November - waited until February to solve problem!!"

"Poor development planning and lack of documented processes."

"Pay the key people more and mandate that everything is better documented."

"My colleagues were a lot of fun to work with. A good amount of comraderie developed on afterwork trips to the watering hole."

"If you are looking to work here... be very prepared for a long journey, sleepless nights, and busy days. It is definitely high stress. I pray for you."

What don't you like about working at InComm?

"In my opinion there was a lot of second guessing and about faces that occurred. The company is suffering from growing pains and some of the higher-ups are holding back on purchases of much needed equipment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"BUY the stuff that the department NEEDS. You are hindering their ability to solve long-term problems by having them use band-aids in the short-term."

"Has challenges, and some significant difficulties."

"I enjoy the fact that it is a growing company that is continuing to expand which allows entry level personnel to advance to Senior level positions."

"It is a fast pace environment that will test you on many levels. And there are a number of different methods to handling a situation and/or task. Be patient with youself and you will get the hang of things around here."

What don't you like about working at InComm?

"As a young and still growing company, there is a severe lack of structure for positions and application development and deployment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communcation is an issue with all departments. We can be viewed as a front runner for other divisions if we are transparent to all of our contacts and partners. Tier 3 as well as tier 1."

"Have not worked there since it was sold. When I did work there it was a sweat shop with inept management."

"The job challanges kept me there as long as I stayed, and it is easy to get to"

"Stress was very high. The product was too slow at times."
