"ITS intermodal is a harsh job to work. It takes a special person to work this job long term. Some employees have been working there for 20+ years with no raise or promotion. Management is horrible and often will work you without lunch breaks. If you think Intermodal is for you, look elsewhere, there are many places making double ITS pay and will treat you better."
