"Upper management are bullies. Its really sad, We lost so many good people due to savage behavior. Very insider gameish, so who you know. That is life but this place is high school. Run away! IT is awful. Flow is awful. We had a good manager who left. People who work and get along won't last. You will want better. Money isn't everything."

For now stuck at a company that does not give raises and does not compensate their account managers. They do, however, overload the employees with the jobs of 5 positions."

"It was very difficult to develop an IT strategy because the business strategy is not well-developed. Management directions are very subjective."
