"The relationship between my supervisor and myself was not one based on transparency and open communication. The supervisor lead through fear and intimidation. The Executive supervisor managed by fragmentation of his staff. Certain people were kept informed while others learned of future plans or projects through discussions with your peers. Not a healthy situation, nor one built on trust."
