What do you like about working at iJET International?
When the solution was a good fit, the customers did like what we did.
What don't you like about working at iJET International?
My manager never visited the field and was the younger brother of the CEO so there was nepotism in the company.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Don't blame sales for lack of a solution and the fact that competition has an integrated solution for customer needs and that the company only filled partial needs.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Expect to have to learn everything on your own, and make sure you develop contacts with the delivery team.
