"HRsmart is a high technology company, the company treats people equally, and friendly. They have a performance review every year, so it's better to keep working hard always. The company's sales and marketing is not good enough, because there are so many competitors in this market"
"I've worked here for multiple years, and while there is some leeway in the technological decisions to get your job done, you lack the ability to make the real changes needed to push the product to the next level."
"I worked at HRsmart for six years. At first, there was steady growth and improvement across the board. Then the economy shifted and things went downhill quickly. We had three rounds of layoffs and a furlough for all employees. This meant we lost a lot of talent or jobs were shifted overseas. Those of us that stayed were promised the ability to do more and affect the future of the company. This ended up being a lie. The wrong people remain in power to this day and the company is now stagnant."
"Good place to work with awesome collogues, but no room for growth."
