"Great owners, fun environment, always a new challenge."
What don't you like about working at Home Loan Center?
"Lending Tree bought it and cut the pay, required useless mandatory meetings which cut into production, and became more threatening to employees. Most of upper management and the previous owners left the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Employees write your paycheck, so treat them well. Minimize meetings, as they are not profitable for the company."
