"I was a Client Care Manager for Home Care Assistance for about a year. The company is nation-wide, but each office had a team of 3-8 internal employees and about 80 external employees. They provided private in home care services to the population through care givers. I loved that the company helped families keep their loved ones safely at home. Unfortunately, teamwork was not something they valued and management seemed to be missing. I felt like there was no support, leadership, or growth ability."
