"The City of League City- Helen Hall Library does not treat members of the staff equitably. Many employees are compensated purely based on tenure and not performance. A person's level of education, experience, and dedication are superseded by leaderships' unwillingness to hold all employees accountable. Approaching Human Resources has to lead to a disregard for anonymity and employees have become targets for voicing their concerns. The atmosphere here is toxic as employees are treated as expendable if they are not favored by the leadership and exclusive members of the leadership circle."
