"Healthcare Services Group, Inc's salary is not the best of compensation. Instead of at least giving annual bonuses or raises to their loyal employees, they give higher pay to new employees coming in. That's why they suffer from what I call a "revolving door" effect. They don't take care of their seasoned employees. There are no year-end Christmas bonuses or work anniversary bonuses. Healthcare Services Group, Inc. does not provide any incentives for their employees...and when they do, they take it out of your regular pay and make it seem as if it was an incentive. Most upper management employees are simply out of touch with their front line employees. Thus, the "revolving door" effect."
