"It was great to work here until the manager I was under was changed. Before then, the Software Development Life Cycle was more complete, and after, it changed to being helter skelter. The company has great benefits, but they feel that they have to satisfy their clients with unrealistic deadlines and my dedication to the new deadline wasn't appreciated."
