"Pros The culture and people that you meet and work with here are amazing. Since starting the job I have learned a lot about the industry. They are also very flexible with the hours you work and even let some work from home. I'd say the best pro is that you get 15 days of PTO each year. Cons The positive morale seems forced, there are definitely cliques despite the preaching that they do not allow them, upon getting settled I realized they were not very transparent with expectations as far as what recruiting means for them as a company, and the training they currently have in place will leave you feeling unprepared."
"It's okay. Recruiting is goal-focused instead of people quality focused."
"I feel the company heads' ability to communicate English is poor. Although they may be Ph.D.’s they do not speak clear English. They also speak Russian often in the office. So we are unable to understand what they are saying."
