"I first started at Harrah's about 13 years ago. When I started with the company it was a great job. The benefits were excellent, the atmosphere was fun and engaging, and the supervisors, management, and CEOs seemed to genuinely care not just about the guests, but the employees as well. Over the past 3-4 years the atmosphere has taken a turn for the worse. The current management only cares about the bottom line, not the guests and employees who have been loyal to them over the years."
