Family owned businesses - many relatives working together - husbands and wives, parents and children, siblings, etc. They offer an opportunity to learn a trade (free of charge) - welding - if you are willing to become hired as a helper first - and then can grow from there. The work is very hard. This is not for the faint of heart - with that said, there are many employees who have been here for decades.
