"I enjoy how busy I am and the fact that I get to analyze data about our data.I do a lot in processing web data and Im constantly working on finding the revelence of a URL."

"Things which I currently do, or will do shortly include: - Daily random fact on white board as folks walk in (This is now a very ingrained part of our office!) - Weekly word on a different white board"

"I like the various projects that I was exposed to and the hand-on experience."

"Be yourself and be willing to learn. Go in with the perspective that you don't know anything but its an adventure to learn."

"There were very limited funds for projects and also the equipment needed be repaired before concepts could be carried out."

"Invest more funding into the equipment development as well as maintenance of the equipment"
