"I love the fact I get to help others develop themselves. Interacting with people of various cultures and background is definitely not easy but so far it's been interesting. I have experienced that being able to connect with various individuals has made me a better marketer, in the sense that I'm able to share my views in a very constructive way. There's really nothing to hate."

"There were very limited funds for projects and also the equipment needed be repaired before concepts could be carried out."

"Invest more funding into the equipment development as well as maintenance of the equipment"
