"A good company to work for. The pay is decent for the job tasks at hand, no matter what you position. However, the opportunity to grow is minimal and the companies internal jiggering process is VERY political. Being qualified, or over qualified for a portion means nothing if you aren't in the necessary "groupie" circles."

"Get new management. Without better leadership in place, you will continue to cycle through employees. At some point you need to realize the excuse, It's just not a good fit, runs out after you burn through dozens of employees."

"I think there are too many layers of supervisors. Meaning I work more with my supervisor's supervisor than I do with my own. It can also be confusing when the supervisors are not sending the same message downward."
