"not at this time. Most of the people that work for this store are related in one way or another."
What don't you like about working at Gene's Heartland Foods?
"all S.C. duties are next to impossible to complete in alloted 40 hour week for one person.. Very low pay (below average for City, State and National) for what they expect you to accomplish. Female assistant manager is unbearable to deal with and totally non-professional (depending on her mood on any given day). The lowest average that this survey allows is 40K/year. I don't even make half of that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Store manager need to resume control of HR duties. Job descriptions should be in written form."
