"An absolutely toxic work environment. It's extremely commonplace to hear the higher-ups screaming at each other or at their employees. The CEO's business strategy revolves around making irresponsible promises to customers and verbally abusing his employees (even if they haven't done anything wrong) until they fulfill those promises. People are frequently forced to work overtime with no compensation; their only "reward" for doing so is that they take even more verbal abuse and are forced to work even more overtime. There's a lot of bureaucratic systems in place that no one gets taught about or trained on when they hire on, so the only way to learn about them is by getting yelled at by a manager for failing to follow them. The company has terrible values; all they (or anyone working there) seems to care about is making money."
