"Shop around. This is not the place to spend your time if you have pride in what you do. But, if you just want a clock to puch every day, this place offers that."

"Very micromanaged. It is evey department supervisor's job to ensure their employees are madd and uncomfortable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit trying to cause trouble and listen to employees. Because I said so works for five year olds, not skilled, educated, adults."
