"Make it a stop along the way. Chances at career growth are minute."

What don't you like about working at GEICO?

"I disliked the hostile work environment. The sales department was in flux, and we went from 120 sales agents to 15. I have never seen people actually crying at their desks because of the pressure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Revamp the whole system. Make rules and guidelines and stick to them. Also, they need to understand that people are human, not machines."
