"This company is a small Texas based insurance carrier with no set guidelines when it comes to handling claims. There is no reference point that employees can go to at any time as processes change often and through email. They like to keep hiring at a minimum and seemed to only replace a position when someone is let go or they leave the company. Opportunity for growth is limited and there is no performance review at the end of the year."

"I once interviewed an applicant that was very intelligent, when I recommended the candidate to upper management, I was told that too much intelligence could be dangerous. If you're intelligent enough, you won't be happy here."

"You work under a banner of fear. Completely unprofessional- Upper management uses profanity and fear tactics to ensure production. They made me make choose between work and school. Asked to perform management duties w/out a pay increase."

"Learn to treat your employees with dignity and respect. Do not take advantage of your employees. Think of the client's best interest before profits. Do not enforce a reign of terror. Employees are happier when they can work in a pleasant environment."
