"At the beginning, it looked as if they were wanting to change the culture and vision of the company. But in the end, they were frightened by the seismic change that would be needed and back off, removed all those who were brought on to make that change, and reverted to the old management model."

"The fear and sheer fright that was displayed by all partners and managers to change."
