I liked that there was chance for advancement and the knowledge i gained in the areas of marketing, sales, and other management tasks

I don't like that I would hear from other employees that management would trash talk behind the employees backs causing a clear separation between upper management and everyone else. Also upper management wouldn't be visible in the work place

Be more visible to the employees and customers and treat the employees with more respect

Sometimes there were communication breakdowns as far as the schedule was concerned, but were easily resolved if you actively contacted supervisors

It is a great place to work for the fitness enthusiats. Be advised that it not for the uneducated or lazy individuals. It requires a strong background in health and fitness with excellent communication skills.
