"Co-workers good except one that wants to be a manager and thinks he is a manager irritates everyone. Pay could be better. You will never get a merit increase because they call your sales your increase. They also raise your sales goals a ridiculous amount every month making it nearly impossible to meet your goals. If we have to deal with that, at least raise the hourly wage. Team manager is a very nice person and tries to encourage his team. Uses old DOS program that freezes up a lot when you are taking an order. It is a good place to start out but I wouldn't suggest a career here. You have to wait a full year before you can work for another pharmaceutical distributor. They make you sign an agreement upon working here. It is OK but definitely not a dream job. Customers are awesome when you can get them to sign on, otherwise, it is cold calling people who are soooooooo tired of hearing from you."
"It was fine starting off. There are some employees who think they can treat other people like dirt, and managers don't know how to control them so they allow this behavior. When you need help they do not help you, they find ways around to not being able to help you and would rather see you struggle."
