Regional Sales Manager

"Has been a great place to start my career and now am eager to build upon that elsewhere."

What do you like about working at First Financial?

"The owners have been great to get along with and very flexible with prospecting out of the office. Obviously as a manager I need to be in the office for my sales team but I am able to get out of the office a few hours a week to build relationships in the local community."

What don't you like about working at First Financial?

"Some of the changes to the compensation structure and how that communication was handled. Also do not like the fact that they have not matched 401k from 2007 due in 2008. Tells me there may be some finanical struggles."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better communication. I don't want to hold meeting just for the sake of holding meetings but feel more need to be held to communicate goals and/or changes. Currently the owners have about one meeting per quarter."
