"Micro-management by executives, rising costs of benefits, declining business model due to increasing competition."

"Let VPs run their divisions without so much interference and micro-managing."

"Big group with lots of potential and earning power. Used new age technology to aid in process."

"Realize that this is a big group and that there will be many long night and you'll be fine."

"No vision for making a deal and no help to finance dept from sales management staff; they did not care how messed up deals were or how wrong information was."

"Fine tune your process before it gets completely out of hand. Your biggest complaint on surveys is time and the sales department is the biggest cuprit."

"revamped accounting system from ground up; had great support and accomplished much"

"dont think there will be any positions available in the near future. they are difficult to get into"

"nothing! it was a great job but 95% was privately funded! Hours got cut back"

"I didn't like the lack of vision and operational understanding of upper management."

"Upper management needs a significantly better understanding of how things actually get done at television stations."

"There was a GM change and once the month was completed the GM did not hold up the the prior agreement that we had prior to a pay plan being drawn up and agreed upon. I resigned at that point."
