"The sales supervisor mandated we use sub contractors that were not licensed or reputable."

"Get rid of the sales supervisor and return integrity back to the quality of projects."

"They do not supervise you, which works out for me."

"Just be honest, they are a fair company and will not play games with you. They expect that you are a professional so act like one."

"They do not supervise others, this leads to shotty work and a lot of return calls"

"Cut the fat, get rid of the bad techs. A good tech costs more however you will make more profit and save a ton on call backs"

"I had very little negotiating abilities with my customers regarding the price for the services offered. I also did not enjoy working weekends and holidays."

"during the buyout Pinkerton officers were let go and downgrade not buy experiences"

"use trained officers to their fullness and certifications OPOTTA for one"

"Management is close minded and micro manages to a fault."

"Collection from prime contractors. Either they pay late, pay short, go bankrupt or do not pay at all."

"More insight on Prime Contractors and their ability to pay."

What do you like about working at Weatherguard Construction?
"About the only positive is the work that is done is outstanding. You can also make a good living. That is if you get paid what you were promised."

"Make sure you trust your director. I will not use any names because some are great some are the definition of bad business relationships. The problem is you wont know until its too late."

"Director's, passing blame around, organization, leadership, accountability, lots of half truths, everyone is out for them self. not getting paid on time. not getting paid what you were told. ect ect"

"How do you look at yourself in the mirror every day"

"It was achallenging and rewarding job. I enjoyed working with the different production crews."

"Do your job and becareful of a couple senior management personnel."

"The were some senior management issues in the group I work for that made it difficult to do your job at times."

"The resposnsibilities that are given to me to perform the work and to complete all work on time no matter what circumstances come up. Whether it means working more hours or non-stop for a long period of time."

"Only to be straight forward in answering questions about past and present work and to have a general understanding of the job in which you are applying for."
What don't you like about working at Superclean Services?
"Being away from my family, and not having the chance to relocate with my company to the Atlanta area to be home with them."

"To let me run the day to day operations here in Florida or Georgia and eliminate the sub-contractors as I was informed that was what I being hired for."
