"Diversify and utilize the skills and abilities of your trained workforce and grow acordingly with them."

"As we were an acquisition, I would suggest that management understand the industry they are acquiring."

What do you like about working at Ameron International?
"The pay and benefits were very competitive. My mentor Chuck Shelburne, was the most knowledgeable person in the world and one of the nicest. I learned a lot."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I don't think they will be hiring any time soon, but I would recommend you have patience and have good communication skills as you will have to deal with higher ups at all companies."
What don't you like about working at Ameron International?
"It was my opinion that upper management was out of touch with what was important with what was actually going on in the field."

"Spend more (any) time with middle managers in the field."
