"People who work here need to mind their own business and stop telling people who work in the Cafe how to do their jobs. The people who work for fidelity think they're above us. They are very messy people coming in for lunch to the salad bar after getting each item throwing the spoons into the product after touching the spoons with their bare hands(unsanitary) licking their fingers at the fruit bar and putting the serving spoon back unsanitary and then touching the touch screen to pay is unsanitary. Going so fast when serving yourself stuff gets into other items not good if someone has a food allergy! I can go on but you get the picture."

"I have worked for Fidelity investments in various projects over a period of 10 years and found it to be a very good and productive work environment with a balance of personal life and work. They follow industry best practices in SDLC and offer ongoing training programs to improve yourself to catch up with emerging technologies in all phases of SDLC. Enjoyed working there. Due to family obligations (ailing parents), had to resign and go back to India. Since my family obligations are over, I am back to US and to the software industry and looking for a job right now, based on my past experience and qualifications. Thank you."

"Great place to work to gain experience in many applications and hardware. It is a company that does place a lot of emphasis on being an extrovert. I have struggled here due to this reason. I have maintained and exceeded expectation on statistical goals for my position but due to not being outgoing on a regular basis I have been passed up on being hired on full time over and over again. I have been informed I would be next to be hired on each time I have a meeting with manager but keep getting passed up."

"Fidelity management listens to employee and thrives to do better. Being a large company with legacy and regulation, reduces speed of execution - but still you see the honest intent. People are well respected and heard in general. Benefits are excellent, compensation is comparable to market - although vesting and long term stay benefits employee."

"Fidelity Investments is an industry leader in the wealth planning industry. They excel in both personal and workplace investing, allowing you to save for your retirement during your wealth accumulation years and when you decide to finally retire. Whether you would like to be a self directed investor, delegate the investment management to their professionals, or a combination of both, Fidelity is the best place to invest. I had the privilege to work there for 7.5 years in the Coral Gables office where I helped thousands of retirees invest for the future."

"I've worked for Fidelity Investments since July 2012. The work culture is balanced and efficient with the ability to grow personally and professionally. The company has continued to evolve through adapting technology, structure and personnel."

"Fidelity allows it, employees, to succeed without too much oversight. I worked in the call center and in a branch with my preference being the branches. There is a small amount of micromanaging and overly corporatized decision making that comes with companies this large but I did believe that Fidelity wanted the best for their customers and employees while I was employed. The technology could get annoying though."
