"Great opportunity if you are looking to start an agency."

What don't you like about working at Farmers?

"The training was not very organized. When I had questions they did not get answered and I was passed along many times. It is very frustrating to sell something and not have the confidence because you do not have the answers. Also the billing and paper work issues were also difficult to explain to customers. So the bottom line is the training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make sure that each agent has a mentor that can train them to be an agent. Therefore this person should be someone who has been an agent themselves. Also I would suggest that new agents go to an agency and work from there so they can see the agency process as part of the program along with class room training."
