What do you like about working at Farmers?

"I'm very happy and proud to be a leadership recruiter for Farmers Insurance. Coaching people to live their dreams is fulfilling. The workspace is family friendly, very fun and full of life. I've been bringing entrepreneurial leaders together with Farmers since 2002. I've noticed many of our successful agents are living the American dream because what they stood for and gained the trust of their community. Yes, this career is extremely challenging; it's not for everyone. This opportunity is best suited for servant leaders. The opportunity to succeed requires personal responsibility to commit time and trust. Farmers has one of the best training programs in the industry. In addition, Farmers has a vested interest in our agent's success through financial subsidy (up to $74K)."
