"I've been working for the Office of Global Learning for almost 2 years now and I look forward to going to the office everyday. From friendly environment to facing new situations and challenges everyday I've grown as an individual. "I get to teach, but beyond that it's not supportive and the university doesn't really care about the students or faculty."

"Only take a job here if you are starting out and can live at home with mom and dad for a year while you gain teaching experience."

What don't you like about working at Fairleigh Dickinson University?

"The pay. If added up, an adjunct can make a maximum of $15,000 per year, but only if they worked more hours than the full time faculty."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more full time professors. The adjunct to full-time ratio is about as bad as it can get and demonstrates a lack of respect or care for both the students and the teachers."

"I had a nice boss and the hours were flexible."

"Work study may not be the right thing for you. You may want to try a full time position instead."

"The work study program is difficult becaue depending on which department you are in, you may bot have enough work and responsibiliteis to do."

"I would give the student more work to do so that they wouldn't feel useless."

"I enjoyed my time there but the fact that it ended is truly what I did not like about the job."

"To give people chance is succeeding, the economy has been harsh to new graduates and I hope I could rise above this."
