"Hostile, intimidating HR and middle management - leading to high employee turnover. Poor work environment and little concern for employee welfare. No accountability for certain actions and/or behaviours and differign sets of rules for different employees."

"Be involved in implementing a postive culture and environment for everyone. Do not allow HR to influence the workplace in such a negative manner."
