"I started out working for FAA in 2003 with little to no experience as a contractor. I gained most of skills from all the free government training that was available so I took advantage of it. As I received the training, more job responsibilities were handed over to me. Sometimes it is not always the degree that counts, especially when you have a dense support base at work that believes in you."

"This is a great government entity, unfortunately, it is ran under old management philosophies."

"I would be in touch more with the operational side, and try to fix problems based on people needs, not organizational needs."
