What do you like about working at Exostar?
They trust their employees to get the work done and as an employee me never let them down.
What don't you like about working at Exostar?
We are not compensated for extra hours that we need to put in every week.
What suggestions do you have for management?
We need more resources, each QA Assurance/Analyst Lead Eengineers take care of more than 3 products on full scale for each and every release. We do not have a backup.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
It is a great company to work for and they have the flexibility to Work From Home.
