"Not concerned with personal issues (family illness). Excessive overtime (65+ hrs/wk). Work was 7 days/week for entire time I was employed there. No time for family or friends. Excessive workload."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more people to give others a weekend with thier family"
