"Executive Administrators, Now You See them , Now You Don't !"

What do you like about working at University of Chicago?

"The salary and benefits were great."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Play the game. Don't rock the boat. Don't expect long term employment. The job has a short life expectancy. Start looking for a new job when you are hired."

What don't you like about working at University of Chicago?

"There is a very obvious high turnover rate of Executive Administrators at The University of Chicago. The university has a notorious reputation for terminating Administrators who perform well at their jobs, who are good employees and are an asset to the University. Why Why doesn't the university study the turnover rate and the related issues I do know why there is such a high turnover in most cases but if I shared the privileged information I would never receive a positive endorsement from my former employer. If a current employee pursues this issue and asks too many questions they will soon be unemployed. Why Start asking too many questions and you will quickly disappear like magic. This sounds rather contradictory to a great academic institution of learning and discovery. Voices for issues like this only fall upon deaf ears with The University of Chicago Administration. These voices should be listened to and not told do not rock the boat !"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't think The University really wants to know why the problem exists. I am NOT a disgruntled former employee and respect this highly regarded university. I am an executive with a rather a straightforward leadership and management style and I tell it like it really is. Why does this information have to be sugar coated"
