"I did like most of the people. If you like sports and communications it's the place to be."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Think long and hard about working for a company that suspends an on air talent for saying what almost every executive in that executive laden top heavy company has not said to themselves, or possibly to each other. They were really upset about a comment made about a franchise type anchor."

What don't you like about working at ESPN?

"The people stab you in the back at every turn."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Decide what you want your managers to be and then teach them how to be what you want. TV people don't make great managers and ESPN is so into being PC that people are doing work they should not be."
