"Be realistic about how much you will be able to succeed in such a crowded sea of employees performing the same tasks."

"Hierarchical, no reward for good performance, no empowerment to make decisions or execute plans."

"Make the organization much more flat. Collaboration is the key to success, and right now, no one is interested in collaborating for fear of not appearing to be the smartest person in the room."

"I did like most of the people. If you like sports and communications it's the place to be."

"Think long and hard about working for a company that suspends an on air talent for saying what almost every executive in that executive laden top heavy company has not said to themselves, or possibly to each other. They were really upset about a comment made about a franchise type anchor."

"The people stab you in the back at every turn."

"Decide what you want your managers to be and then teach them how to be what you want. TV people don't make great managers and ESPN is so into being PC that people are doing work they should not be."
