"They were slow to upgrade physical systems outside the Boston headquarters."

"Consolidate many of the smaller brands into ones you are actively marketing."
"I have worked at EIG since It was IPOWER. Then the companies merged and they decided to take a great deal of Merrill Lynch's money and since then things have started to fall apart. The innovations have halted and we are just trying to be another web hosting provider. The center is very nice and the people are nice but there is no real opportunity to grow here."

"It's a call center, so it get really loud sometimes - it's hard to help customers that way."

"I would definitely recommend working with Homestead, they have been a great company to work for with a strong focus on the customer and their success. The only issue that I have with the company is the current lack of upwards mobility within the organization. Once you reach the level of a tier 2 support tech, there is nowhere else to rise within the organization."
