"The management team is always constantly battling and it trickles down to us workers and becomes our fault for their mess."

"I would bring the company into the 21st century. We build state-of the art satellite systems but use Windows XP PCs...Come on guys get with the times!"

"For someone in my position, the lack of encouragement. Constantly being ridiculed. Being told, by those who lack knowledge in the field you have spent most of your career doing, that you lack technical competency."

"If you are going to start an electronic/electrical engineering department, make sure the manager is experienced in the field."

"Harshly enforced arbitrary rules. Getting punished for someone else's minor mistake. Feeling like I could get in trouble at almost any moment."

"Not harshly punish my workers for the most meaningless of errors."

"There is too much micromanaging. No one listens to the little people. People think they can do your job. Young guys are stubborn. Old guys are to conservative."

"I enjoy the people I work with. We are a fun bunch and are always helping each other out. We keep each other motivated and on task."

"Ask a lot of questions and get everything in writing."
What don't you like about working at ACR Electronics?
"The Team Leaders are micro managers who have incredibly poor people skills. One team leader can not speak to anyone with out using curse words and denegrading people. Upper management is abstract at best and we never seem to have money, as a company, to buy parts to achieve our production goals. Yet not one person gets a raise in hourly wage."

"Realize that the labor force they have is what affords them the life they enjoy."
