"Good people. They are very intelligent and playful. Extremely nice working environment. It is in a good area."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Wear a collared shirt tie. Be outgoing and excited. Know your math and physics (if you are a programmer)."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"They got a little rough with the hours but they have fixed that now. I didn't much care for the valet parking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Avoid feature creep at the 11th hour. Make sure there is only chief giving orders to the team."

"The people at Tiburon all know what they are doing, and are a friendly bunch. Everyone is willing to help or give advice when it is requested."

"During certain parts of the year, alpha/beta, days can get as long as 10 or even 12 hrs long, with weekends."

"If you want job security this is a decent place to be but beware of job position offers because most of my coworker buddies I found out that they got demoted from their previous job. Push for the highest position they will give you."

"EA works you to the bone and your personal life goes out the window when the game needs to be done."
