"Disappointed when Cadillac World Headquarters in Detroit was closed down by CEO, and many were without jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since it was mostly business focused, personal family pictures, etc. were not allowed on desks, had to dress dark suit, white shirt, take management leadership classes, but no personal interaction was allowed."
