"Disneyland can be a fun place to work--it's an amusement park and all about entertaining people and making them happy."

"If you really want to work there, you will start at the bottom, as they promote from within. You have to accept this. Also, if you can't work weekends and all holidays, don't bother."

What don't you like about working at Disneyland Hotel?

"Foodservice is managed by amateurs who really seem to care more about protecting their position than doing great work. Watch your back."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper management should take a close look at what their underlings are actually doing, instead of relying on what they are told."
